Can I be honest with you? Sometimes life really does life you... you know what I mean? One day you realize you’re just going through the motions, and it feels like every accomplishment, every step forward, takes ten times the effort it should. Burnout creeps in, anxiety & depression follows, and eventually, the mental and emotional health you’ve been putting on the back burner can’t be ignored anymore. I know because it happened to me, and to so many others out there just trying to break free and find peace. The good news is, you don’t have to live in survival mode forever.

Balance is possible, and I’m here to help you find it.

So, let me introduce myself. I’m Hannah, a Food Scientist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Reiki Practitioner, Certified Life Coach, Mother, Wife, Human being living on Earth and much much more. And yes, those titles might sound fancy, but for me, they’re more than credentials, they’re tools I've picked up along my journey that I use to help people heal on every level: mind, body, and spirit. Why three+? Because healing isn’t one dimensional and neither are we, and I had to learn this the HARD way.

After graduating with my Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry, I landed a job as a food scientist, and that’s where I really dove into understanding how our food system works and how it impacts the body. I learned that we truly are what we eat, and it inspired me to explore herbal medicine, Ayurvedic principles, and clean eating. Changing my diet transformed my physical health, but my anxiety and depression still lingered. Something was missing.

In 2019, my spiritual journey began, completely unplanned and very abruptly. My husband and I were in a major car accident. We were both hospitalized, and I had to undergo two surgeries and months of physical therapy. It was one of the hardest times of my life,

but it was also the moment that changed everything.

One night, at 3 a.m., I was alone in my hospital room. I was overwhelmed with fear, gratitude, and uncertainty. That’s when I heard a voice. Whether it was God, an angel, or my higher self, I don’t know. But we talked and it asked me, “ Do you want to live?” That question shocked me, but it was my wake-up call. I said, “Yes,” and from that moment, I made a decision to really live but 1st I had to understand what that meant. I had just been surviving and going through the motions for so long, I had no idea what it meant to LIVE.

I grew up Christian and had a decant understanding and relationship with God but I was determined to grow it. As the good book says, knock and the doors will be opened.

I started searching for meaning, for healing, and for my purpose. Reiki and energy work were a big piece. Every session, every meditation, every lesson and book, every plant medicine ceremony brought me closer to understanding myself and connecting with Source/God/ Universe/ Divine, whatever you call it, I was connected. But even with all of that, those old thoughts of depression and anxiety would creep back in. I knew there was still more work to do

Hypnotherapy was a turning point for me. I learned that many illnesses are psychosomatic, if the mind can make the body sick, it can also heal it. After over 500 hours of training at the state-licensed Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, I became certified in Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, equipping me to work alongside medical professionals to address symptoms rooted in the mind-body connection.

I’ve discovered that nature is one of our greatest healers. Using medicinal herbs, sacred plant medicine, and retreats in natural spaces has transformed my approach to healing. Stepping away from daily distractions and reconnecting with the earth helps you rediscover who you truly are. True healing requires alignment of mind, body, and spirit—neglecting one impacts the others. And as a wife, mother, and healing guide, I’m committed to breaking generational cycles, healing myself, and supporting my family, clients, and community on their journeys. Healing looks different for everyone, but it’s possible for everyone. Let’s create space for your growth together.

I truly believe there are no coincidences. If you’re reading this, it’s for a reason

you were called or guided here. Trust that. Let’s take the next step together.
